1. About These Terms

These terms apply when you use the 7T7Labs website at 7t7labs.com and the apps we publish, including BatterychargeAlert. By using the website or our apps, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

2. Our Apps

Our apps are distributed through official app stores such as Google Play. When you download an app from a store, that store's own terms also apply to your download and to any purchase you make through it.

Please install our apps only from official stores. Copies shared or downloaded from anywhere else may have been modified, are not supported by us, and may not work correctly.

3. Optional Tips

BatterychargeAlert is free to use. It offers optional, voluntary tips to support development. Tips do not unlock any features — the app works exactly the same whether or not you tip.

All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policy.

4. How BatterychargeAlert Works

BatterychargeAlert is a helpful aid for looking after your battery, not a guarantee. Whether an alert fires on time depends on your device and its settings — for example, battery-saving or background-app restrictions from your phone's manufacturer can delay or stop alerts. Please grant the permissions the app asks for during setup so it can work as reliably as possible.

5. Using the Website

You're welcome to browse and share our website. Please don't try to disrupt it, get around its security, or send automated traffic at it. Automated requests are rate-limited and may be blocked.

6. Ownership

The 7T7Labs name, logo, website content and app code belong to 7T7Labs. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our apps or website except where the law allows it.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

Our website and apps are provided "as is". We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't promise they will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, 7T7Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or apps. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you keep any protections that your local consumer law gives you and that can't be excluded by agreement.
